Day 6-7: Reflection

Spend the weekend reflecting on your progress this week and plan for the upcoming week. What habits or beliefs do you want to focus on in the next few weeks?
Day 6 of the 90 Day Mindset Makeover Challenge prompts you to reflect on your progress this week and plan for the upcoming week. Additionally, you should identify the habits or beliefs that you want to focus on in the next few weeks.
To start, take a moment to reflect on the past week. Ask yourself the following questions:
  1. What progress did I make towards my goals?
  2. What challenges did I face, and how did I overcome them?
  3. What did I learn about myself and my mindset?
Use these reflections to inform your plan for the upcoming week. Set goals for the next week that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART goals). For example, you might set a goal to exercise for 30 minutes each day or to meditate for 10 minutes each morning.
Next, identify the habits or beliefs that you want to focus on in the next few weeks. Perhaps you want to develop a habit of daily gratitude or improve your self-talk. Maybe you want to focus on developing a growth mindset and challenging limiting beliefs.
Once you have identified these habits or beliefs, make a plan to incorporate them into your daily routine. Consider the following strategies:
  1. Set reminders or alarms on your phone to prompt you to practice your new habit or belief.
  2. Find an accountability partner who can support you and hold you accountable.
  3. Celebrate small wins and progress towards your goals to stay motivated and positive.
Remember, mindset change takes time and effort, so be patient and persistent. Stay committed to your goals and habits, and you will see progress over time. Good luck with your reflection!
